When you sign up as a Buyer on LeadVendor, we collect:

1.1 Business & Account Information

  • Company name.
  • Business email address.
  • Phone number.
  • Contact person’s name.
  • Billing details.
  • Business category & industry.

1.2 Payment Information

  • Payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We do not store credit card details directly on our servers.

1.3 Platform Usage Data

  • IP address.
  • Login activity.
  • Lead purchase history.
  • Communications with support.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process Buyer data to:

  • Provide access to our lead marketplace.
  • Process payments & manage billing.
  • Send important account updates.
  • Provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Account information is stored as long as you use LeadVendor.

Transaction records are kept for legal and tax purposes (typically 6 years).

If you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, unless required by law.

4. How We Protect Your Data

We take security seriously and implement measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption – All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS).
  • Restricted Access – Only authorized employees can access Buyer data.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Recommended for Buyer accounts.

  • CRM & Support Software.

As a Buyer, you have the right to:

  • Deletion – Request data removal (subject to legal requirements).
