These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of LeadVendor ("we," "our," or "us"), the platform where businesses purchase sales leads. By accessing or purchasing leads through LeadVendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use LeadVendor, you must:

  • Be a registered business entity or authorized representative.
  • Business email address.
  • Provide accurate business details during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Prohibited: Sharing account access, using fraudulent details, or misusing the platform.

2. Lead Purchase & Usage Rules

When purchasing leads through LeadVendor, you agree to:

  • Use leads only for sales follow-ups related to their original inquiry.
  • Not resell or share leads with third parties.
  • Process leads in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws.

Prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited marketing beyond the lead’s request.
  • Storing leads beyond 60 days (we automatically delete them).
  • Using leads for activities unrelated to their original purpose.

Note: Lead data is available only for 60 days. You must download your leads periodically, as we do not store them beyond this period.

3. Lead Quality Assurance & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality, verified leads. To ensure accuracy, all phone numbers undergo TLS (Telephone Line Status) verification before being listed.

Refunds are available only for:

  • Invalid numbers (not in service).
  • Dead leads (wrong contact details).
  • Bogus submissions (fake inquiries).

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Leads that do not convert into sales.
  • Leads that do not answer calls or emails.
  • Leads that change their mind.

To request a refund, submit a claim to support@leadvendor.co.uk within 7 days of lead purchase.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments must be made via Stripe before lead access.

Prices are subject to change, but existing purchases remain unaffected.

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension.

5. Data Retention & Buyer Responsibility

LeadVendor only stores leads for 60 days. After this period, lead data is permanently deleted from our system.

Your responsibility:

  • Download purchased leads within 60 days.
  • Securely store and handle leads in accordance with GDPR.
  • Delete leads upon request from a data subject.

These providers only receive necessary data and must comply with GDPR.

6. Compliance & Legal Obligations

By using LeadVendor, you agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations (GDPR, PECR, etc.).
  • Process leads lawfully (no spam, fraud, or deceptive practices).
  • Provide an opt-out mechanism in all communications.

Any misuse of leads may result in immediate termination of your account and legal liability.

7. Data Security & Privacy

We take security seriously and implement:

  • TLS verification for phone numbers.
  • Encryption for data in transit (SSL/TLS).
  • Access control to prevent unauthorized lead access.

You may not attempt to scrape, copy, or distribute lead data beyond permitted use.

8. Termination & Suspension

LeadVendor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms or legal obligations.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
  • Attempt to misuse the lead data provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for terminations due to policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeadVendor does not guarantee sales conversions from purchased leads.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party buyers.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of affected leads.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the UK/EU. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the UK.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By using LeadVendor, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase leads or use the platform.
